Six Steps from Stockpile to Certificate

Every Passport follows a Six Sigma DMAIC-controlled audit process. No certificate is issued with an unresolved defect.

Site Registration

Register your mine site with the nearest Verityre™ hub. Provide your regulatory permit number, GPS coordinates, and HSE contact. Takes 5 minutes.

Disposal Event Submission

When your tire stockpile is ready, submit online: tire count, estimated weight, hauler details, processor destination, and 3 minimum photos. Takes 10 minutes.

Your regional hub reviews: regulatory permit verified, photos cross-checked via EXIF GPS, hauler and processor credentials confirmed. Zero-defect gate.

Dispatch & Manifest

Your licensed carrier dispatches the load with a certified scale ticket and signed manifest. For international routes, Basel documentation is prepared at this stage.

International Sea Freight — Full Basel Documentation Included

When OTR tires are exported internationally — for example from Australian mines to South Asian processors — Verityre™ manages the complete documentation chain: export declaration, Basel Convention movement document, Prior Informed Consent from the importing country, Bill of Lading, container seal records, and destination customs clearance confirmation. One Passport covers the entire route.
